Town Official Language Implementation Committee (Office)-TOLIC (O), Faridabad, operating under the chairmanship of Bhupender Gupta, CMD, NHPC, has been honoured with the ‘Best’ official language shield and certificate for outstanding work in the implementation of the official language.
The honour was conferred at a ceremony held in Mumbai, Maharashtra, on the occasion of Hindi Day 2026 and the 6th All India Official Language Conference. The ceremony was chaired by Union Minister of Home Affairs and Cooperation, Amit Shah.
Bhupender Gupta, CMD, NHPC and Chairman, TOLIC (O), Faridabad, said, “The honour of the official language becomes meaningful only when Hindi is reflected not only in our thoughts but also in our day-to-day work. Working in Hindi reflects not only our efficiency but also our national commitment.” He appreciated the contribution of all officers and employees of the member offices associated with TOLIC (O), Faridabad and expressed his gratitude for their efforts towards this achievement.
