3rd Incident In State, 5 Die In Haryana Allegedly Due To Oxygen Shortage

Hisar, Haryana: April 26, 2021  Protests broke out at a hospital in Haryana’s Hisar district today after five coronavirus patients died this morning and their families alleged that a shortage of medical oxygen was the cause. This is the third such incident in the past 24 hours in the state. Four patients died at a private hospital in Gurgaon on Sunday and four patients died at a hospital Rewari, about 330 km from the state capital Chandigarh, all allegedly due to a shortage of medical oxygen. A district-level probe has been ordered in both the cases.
